Our expectationsFor starters, the best way to meet some expectations is by making a list. Here’s what we expect from you:
- 2+ years of experience in web design and development projects
- Solid understanding of software development and web technologies development process
- World class organization skills
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance techniques and processes
- Exceptional attention to detail (the devil is in the details)
- Ability to deal with multiple projects and clients at one time
- Having a third eye for client's needs and expectations and a skill to manage those like a pro to keep them satisfied
Bonus points:
- Experience in conducting workshops
- Experience in mentoring other project managers
- BSc or other relevant experience
- A delicious sense of humour (or at least master of bad jokes that are cringeworthy), and if you know schwifty reference from the beginning without googling it
Your responsibilities
- Daily communication with clients - gathering feedback and updating on progress
- Continuous communication with project team
- Understand client requests, clarify project scope and write functional specifications
- Plan the project schedule and budget
- Monitor and track project timeline
- Ensure the quality of the deliverables through appropriate testing
- Gather and coordinate resources, information and content
- Present new ideas and decisions to be made to the client
- Proactively suggesting project improvements and ideas for project lifecycle extension
